My cousin’s wedding is fast approaching and it has been really fun to help her out with some wedding stuff.  You may remember the Save the Dates that I made for her, and I also helped her out with her Wedding Invitations!  With the wedding less than a month away it is time for some finishing details and to get the wedding party gifts together and these printable cigar labels are going to be the perfect personal touch for the groomsmen’s gifts.

Groomsmen Gift Printable Cigar Label

The soon to be wedding is all about rustic chic and well, there is nothing more old timey and traditional than a cigar during a time of celebration right?

They wanted to provide the tie to be worn during the ceremony for each of the groomsmen and to add a bit of fun and make it more personal we added a cigar with some fun labels to each tie box.

I found Luxury Cubero cigars at Walmart, which are cool because they are a bit more slim than a typical cigar and they come in a few different blends. I picked up two different blends.  No. 35 which is run with a hint of mint and sugar cane. And No. 12, chocolate and coffee.  How luxury is that?

They come in a pack of 5 and are individually wrapped for freshness, so I unwrapped each one (which you may want to do closer to the actual giving of the gift) and added my fun cigar labels to each one about an inch down from one end.

I made these chalkboard background cigar labels with some fun sayings and printed them out on Avery labels # 5430.  You can print yours right {here.}

Once the cigars were labeled I was ready to add them to the top of the tie boxes.

I rolled up each tie, placed it in a box, and made a simple label for the top with a white circle and some small dots.

To tie in the color of the wedding, I used some teal twine on the box and tucked the cigar underneath it.

I think these cigar labels add the perfect amount of personal touch to a groomsmen gift.

    Corey these are so fun, I love how they turned out! What a great way to personalize the groomsmen gift. Oh goodness ours were a bit of a disaster. This is the one thing Eric was in charge of and of course he waited until the last minute {boys…} so I thought I would “metal stamp” the guys initials on some tie clips, which seemed easy enough and I even watch a video of a 10 year old showing me the basics of metal stamping. So without EVER metal stamping anything I bought all the supplies and ordered the clips off etsy… long story short they turned out pretty rough and we had to give them blank tie clips, bahaha. I can’t remember if it was because they were nickel and not metal, or because the plate I bought was too thick but we ran out of time either way. It makes me cringe… and laugh. :) Your idea is awesome though, pinned!
